Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please check your order thoroughly to ensure all vacuum-sealed products are intact and the temperature-controlled packaging has maintained its integrity.
- 2.Document Any Issues
If you notice damage or quality concerns, take clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the batch label within 24 hours of receipt.

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the photographs provided to initiate a formal quality claim.
- 4.Resolution & Refund
Our master butchers will review your claim and, where appropriate, issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement in your next delivery.
